Question 1

Does my interview audio leave my computer?

Accepted Answer

In offline mode via Ollama, no — capture, transcription and answer generation all run locally and nothing is transmitted. In cloud or Web Mode, the transcribed question and relevant context go to the provider you chose. Session telemetry, if left enabled, is a separate path that does include interview content.

Question 2

How do I turn off telemetry?

Accepted Answer

Settings → Data. The same screen lets you inspect exactly what has been collected, send it immediately, or delete anything pending. Turning it off purges pending data straight away.

Question 3

Does QuiteWin store my resume?

Accepted Answer

Your resume is read from local storage on your machine. In offline mode it is never uploaded. In cloud modes, the relevant extracted context is sent to the AI provider as part of generating an answer.
